UPDATE: Today November 6th 2013. Gay marriage bill SB 10 passes by two votes. Thanks to Pope Francis the Gays got the votes they needed to live in sin against the Biblical Covenant for marriage between one man and one woman. I will go on record to state the following, Illinois may recognize Gay Same Sex marriage but God does not. Pope Francis' words have been twisted to mean he is a supporter of Homosexual Marriage. No body is 100% sure this is true. His statements are clouded by misinterpretation and double speak. But his words were used to tip the scales in favor of Gay Marriages in IL.
