The Crack in Washington National Cathedral Exposed

As you know a couple of weeks back, the Washington National Cathedral suffered earthquake damage. This weekend the world will be able to view what the “Quakes Cracks” have exposed—an audience that perfectly pictures and illustrates the religions of the world left behind after Christ raptures His true church. In an article on Fox News titled, Evangelicals Left Off National Cathedral 9/11 Program the true church, “Evangelicals” are not invited. Interesting! The event will feature the dean of the Cathedral, the Bishop of Washington, a rabbi, Buddhist nun and incarnate lama, a Hindu priest, the president of the Islamic Society of North America and a Muslim musician. This is actually good news in that true Christianity is not being invited to mix with false religion! It is also just exactly what the Scriptures indicate will happen in the last days.

For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. 2 Timothy 4:3-4 (ESV)

The WNC is an Episcopal gathering of individuals who ascribe to exactly what Paul warns Timothy of happening, especially in these final days before the Lord calls His true and faithful believer’s home. They are not holding to the truth of Scripture. The world will not accept this message because it draws a line in the sand between a true Christian believer who affirms the first commandment as the Lord wrote it in the stone tablet with His own finger, “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. You shall have no other gods before me.” Exodus 20:2-3 (ESV), and the professing individual who sees all roads leading to Rome.

I am glad that a gathering of such would exclude those who hold that, “there is only one way to heaven” and the path is through Jesus Christ alone and no other. Surely Jesus is the most loved and most hated on the earth! By His own words He would be excluded from this gathering! The apostle Thomas is recorded as asking the following:

Thomas said to him, “Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?”
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:5-6

The world seethes, “Who does that Jesus think He is anyway?” To which a true believer, faithful to the end, will state, “The one and only Son of the Living God!”

The religions of the world want to get to Jesus’ heaven but they want to do it on their terms, that is choosing their way or their god to follow, and trust me there are so many false religions in the world it befuddles the mind. But in the end, there is only one Person who has identified with humanity in our weaknesses, and then conquered our greatest enemy, death, and that is Jesus Christ, the Messiah—Savior of the world!. It is only with the most tenderness of mercies that I write the things. My heart longs for the eyes of humanity to be opened that they may not suffer the demise awaiting the demonic hordes who have delivered to mankind so many false paths to follow, Is. 14:9.

Jesus came that all of humanity might have life. The world and demonic spirits have mangled the truth of Scripture, in order to confuse us all of the one true Light of the World, Jesus. They have gone so far as to only pick and choose the teachings of Christ that fit their lifestyle, and those that make room for other gods, choosing to eliminate His other teachings as untrue. We cannot take away or add to the Scripture. Can worldly logic untangle spiritual truth? No way! Only the spiritual can understand the spiritual. Do not just take my word for it, the Bible states:

The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one. “For who has understood the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:14-16

It is no secret that this synthesis of Christianity with the other religions of the world and the other paths to God is from the Father of Lies, Satan. In the Old Testament, it is called spiritual adultery. It is exactly the reason that God continually disciplined the Israelite's in the Promised Land:

And if you forget the LORD your God and go after other gods and serve them and worship them, I solemnly warn you today that you shall surely perish.
Like the nations that the LORD makes to perish before you, so shall you perish, because you would not obey the voice of the LORD your God. Deuteronomy 8:19-20

It is why the Southern Kingdom of Judah fell to Babylon in 606-586 B.C. Israel was God’s chosen people and were called to be separate from all of the spiritual cultures and demonically inspired worship of other gods they adored, Lev. 20:26; 1 Kings 8:53; Ezra 10:11; Jer. 5:7; 2 Cor. 6:17. God’s message of hope and salvation was never to be blurred in the way it was then and the way it is now.

Jesus is still the only way to heaven and the only way to know that is to read the Scriptures yourself. If you have made it this far in this message, then I plead with you, read the Scriptures for yourself. Throw out all of your preconceived ideas and allow the Scripture to speak. No other religion promises you eternal life on the merit of another, but true Christianity. All others are just ladders with rotting rungs. You will never be able to build up yourself as good enough to enter heavens gates without the shed blood of Jesus forgiving you of your sin. The gospel message is so simple, Jesus will forgive all your sin, if you will come to Him in prayer and humbly confess your unworthiness of heaven and your sinfulness. You then must promise to take Him as the sole redeemer and Lord of your life and choose to worship Him alone, Rom. 10:9-10. He promises that He will then cover you with His righteousness and take away your sin, 2Cor. 5:21. It what we call, the “Substitutionary Death and Life of Christ.” He died for you, then defeated death with His life, that you may live for Him.

The time has to come for you to make a truthful decision concerning Christ. You can either reject Him or accept Him, but you can never dilute Him with the other false religions of the world. Dilution is not acceptance. Synthesis is not acceptance.

One last thought, you can destroy the Bible, you can say it was just the erratic teachings of crazed and disparate men and women, you can even say Jesus is a liar, but the one thing you will never ever be able to do is destroy the true Words of God. You see, there is more than one thing that differentiates the true believer in Christ from all other religion and that is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and His ministry in our lives. If all the Bibles in the world, all the printing presses, templates, manuscripts used to print the Scripture, and publishing houses were to be gathered up into one large trash heap and set on fire, you still could not destroy the Words of Christ—He lives in our hearts. The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to bring to remembrance the teachings of Jesus:

“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. All that the Father has is mine; therefore I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you. John 16:12-15 (ESV)

It is from the indwelling Holy Spirit that I write these things to you this day. Do not fall for the syncretism of the world. Jesus is the only way to have eternal life.

God Bless

25 Reasons to Believe - In Jesus FREE EBOOK

FREE EBOOK click to download - When book comes up click down arrow on Upper Right to save a copy . A while back the Barna Group released a report titled, "Six Reasons Young Christians Leave Church." 1  Under reason two, " Teens’ and twenty-somethings’ experience of Christianity is shallow" they write:  "A second reason that young people depart church as young adults is that something is lacking in their experience of church. One-third said “church is boring” (31%). One-quarter of these young adults said that “faith is not relevant to my career or interests” (24%) or that “the Bible is not taught clearly or often enough” (23%). Sadly, one-fifth of these young adults who attended a church as a teenager said that “God seems missing from my experience of church” (20%)."  If one takes a look at the modern church-scape I can see why. The gap between those pastors and teachers that are fired up about Jesus and those that do not preach all of th...

Fornication - The Acceptable Sin?

In the Bible there are several sexual sins that are categorized under the term,"Sexual Immorality." Not the least of these is, "Fornication." However fornication has become an outdated, and in many places, the acceptable sin in the late twentieth and twenty-first centuries. As a matter of fact, many do not even know what the term "fornication" means. Since the advent of the modern Bible translation, many have never heard of it. This article focuses on what the Scripture says about this out-of-control acceptable sin. Fornication is mentioned thirty-six times in the Bible (MT), thirty-two times in the New Testament. In almost all modern translations the word has been substituted with, "sexual immorality" and has come to mean any number of sexual sins. However, sin (missing the mark) is still sin and sin still separates a person from God. So why has this sin become so acceptable even in modern churches???? UPDATE : Here is a testimony of life...

The Bride of Christ Has Made Herself Ready!!

The Bible teaches of an upcoming Wedding Day that the Church should be on cloud nine over!! Rev. 19:7-9 states: Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come , and His wife has made herself ready." And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!' " And he said to me, "These are the true sayings of God." The passage above speaks of two distinct events, the Marriage of the Lamb and the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Both of these events are reminiscent of the ancient Jewish wedding ceremony where the Bride would become betrothed to her Groom and he would go away to build her a home. In the meantime she would wait anxiously for his return with shouts from his wedding party of "The Bridegroom Comes!" When the shouts were he...

Understanding Grace…without it no one can be saved!

Years ago as a pastor, I faced an issue concerning the topic of “Grace.” I had noticed some congregants who were taking Grace to the extreme and beginning to teach that since our sins were bought and paid for at the cross—all of them, past, present, and future—there was no need to strive against sin. Thanks to our Lord, this was noticed and the He quickly allowed it to be curbed. This heresy occasionally rears its head in Christian circles and indeed must be stopped before it becomes out-of-control. The good thing is that a proper understanding of Grace can arrest the heresy in its steps. Because this false perception thrives in loose living, many well-meaning Christians go completely to the opposite extreme and throw the Biblical teaching of “Grace” out altogether. That too is heresy. How should we approach it? Grace, as a doctrine, should always be presented in its entirety. By that I mean, a starting definition, followed by why it is important, and concluding with keeping it scri...

Guest post: Hind's Feet

Adrian Bateman, 2016          The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like hind’s feet, And He will make me walk on my high hills. — Habakkuk 3:19 For most human beings the primary goal of life, after survival, is the pursuit of happiness. Indeed it’s one of an American’s “unalienable rights”. But what is happiness? The definition of happy is surely situationally derived. For the hungry it would be having enough food; for the homeless, a home. For the average person it might be having more time, more leisure, more friends, more comforts, more things. Ultimately, happiness involves the removal of obstacles and the correction of problems so that we might live a life without struggle. Or, at least, without what we view as onerous or unnecessary struggle. But this is not God’s definition of happiness. No. True peace—biblical peace, that deep inner peace which we cannot explain—is found only in the presence of G...
